Pricing for Email List Cleaning Services

There is a minimum $150 fee for our Email List Cleaning Service. This covers the first 5,000 email addresses verified.

The cost per thousand (CPM) for additional addresses is as follows:

5,001 to 99,999 = $5.00 CPM
100,000 to 499,999 = $4.50 CPM
500,000+ = $4.00 CPM

** Rush services are quoted on an individual basis and typically carry a 25% surcharge.

An additional 12.5% surcharge applies if your file has more than just email addresses.
An additional 12.5% surcharge applies if your file has to be checked for duplicates. (Note: we do not merge multiple fields together)
If you have multiple fields and require checking for duplicates, a 25% surcharge applies.

For our third party verification service, we provide a PDF file that is hosted on our server. You will receive a user name and password to access it (and thus can restrict who has access to it). This file will provide our independent audit results of your list based on an algorithm we use of the approximate number of valid email addresses on your list as of the date we verified the list. This file will be hosted for a minimum of 3 months for a $50 additional fee. This is on top of the above-mentioned fees. We recommend that publishers perform a full list cleaning at least once every 3 months for lists that have fewer than 100,000 subscribers or monthly for lists with 100,000 or more subscribers.
